FLAGGED COMMENT QUEUE

Comments that get flagged by other commenters are listed in an easy-to-use queue.

Community managers can approve or delete a flagged comment from the queue, as well as send the commenter a templated email and/or adjust the commenter's influence in sorting/publication algorithms.
