PEER REVIEWS

When a comment is submitted, commenters are required to rate the quality and civility of three other people's comments, as well as the quality and civility of their own comment. Their comment is then reviewed by other commenters. The result is a rich set of qualitative data that decides if a comment should be published to the site.
